Forms of communications
This Communication Policy contains details around all the forms of electronic (email and SMS text) communication we use with 'potential' as well as 'active' customers.
[a] A 'potential' customer is defined as a person who does not have a member account on our portal.
[b] An 'active' customer is defined as a member account under a person who has willfully signed up to use our service and fully consented to all regulatory compliance policies.

here. These include our 'Terms of Service', 'Privacy Policy', 'Cookie Policy', 'Returns Policy' & 'Communication Policy'.
Email Communication - Membership Request & Consent
When a 'potential' customer signs up with their email address, we send an initial consent request - the user can opt out by clicking 'Unsubscribe'. The user must press the 'CONFIRM' button (link) on this email to provide their consent for us to activate their account. We will only send additional emails after the user confirms.

Email Communication - Appointment Management & Transactional Emails
When an 'active' customer places an order, we send transactional emails associated with their order. These are not general/promotional in nature. They are specific to the placed order. These include an 'order received' email, a 'confirmation' email upon fullfillment, an 'appointment confirmation (RSVP)' email, an 'appointment reminder' email etc.

SMS Text Communication - OPT IN POLICY
We DO NOT send SMS Text messages to 'potential' customers. We ONLY send SMS Text messages to 'active' customers that have placed an order.
We will only send SMS Text messages to the phone number provided by the user at the time of sign up, and only after receiving consent to communicate as part of the sign up process OR upon receiving explicit consent upon reciving a first time SMS Text notification from RezyTrader after placing an order.
We will only send SMS Text messages between the hours of 7am through 10pm in the 'active' customer's regional timezone.

One may opt out from receiving SMS Text Communication via any of the following ways:

SMS Text Communication - SAMPLE MESSAGES
Our SMS Text messages typically revolve around client appointment reminders and confirmations. Some typical sample messages we send are listed below:
[a] Greetings! This is a friendly reminder for your upcoming appointment at XYZ venue on ABC date at DEF time. Please let us know if you need to re-schedule.
[b] Please confirm your attendance for this evening by replying "1". If you need to cancel, please reply "0".
[c] Hello! Were you running late for your appointment this evening? Please let us know if you're planning to attend.
