Returns Policy

Refunds
You may request a full refund within 3 hours from placing an order. Your order history is listed here. Orders placed over 3 hours ago are final.

Cancellation Liability
Concierge Accounts: In case RezyTrader informs you of a cancellation on an event/experience after your purchase for any unforeseen reasons (venue closure, inclement weather, scheduling conflicts etc.), you will be fully refunded. You are responsible for finding a suitable replacement for your client. RezyTrader is not responsible for locating alternate availability once you have been refunded.
Retail Accounts: In case RezyTrader informs you of a cancellation on an event/experience after your purchase for any unforeseen reasons (venue closure, inclement weather, scheduling conflicts etc.), you will be fully refunded. RezyTrader may assist you with finding suitable alternates.

Cancellation Policy
If a member encounters an issue receiving an ordered event/experience, or if the event/experience is purchased but becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of RezyTrader, a 100% refund will be made to the original payment method.

It is crucial to note that this policy applies only when the cause of cancellation or unavailability is external to the members's control and not due to failure to adhere to the terms and conditions specified by RezyTrader at the time of purchase.

If an event/experience becomes unavailable due to a member's failure to comply with the provided guidelines (specified by RezyTrader at the time of purchase), the user will not be eligible for a refund. These guidelines may include, but are not limited to, the use of the name provided within the confirmation email, not mentioning RezyTrader or any 3rd party platforms or private concierge names, and complying with other terms and conditions as detailed by RezyTrader.

We are also not responsible for cancellations or denials due to arriving late to the venue.

To report any issues regarding ordered events/experiences or to request a cancellation, please email us at sales@rezytrader.com. Please include your order number, purchase date, and a detailed explanation of the issue for expedited resolution.

Users must reach out to us within 48 hours of the issue arising to be considered for a refund. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days, depending on the original payment method. Please allow for this time period before making any further inquiries regarding your refund.

By ordering a service through RezyTrader, users agree to abide by this Returns Policy. Non-compliance with the policy's terms and conditions may result in denial of refund requests.

RezyTrader reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website and will apply to all orders made after the effective date of the changes. It is the user's responsibility to review the cancellation policy periodically for updates.
